CALECHE findings at Grenoble workshop

On June 18th, within the Grenoble former Painting Museum and Library, several members of the CALECHE consortium had the opportunity to welcome around 30 participants to present the challenges and results of the CALECHE project. This 3-hour meeting was a success and allowed us to engage with stakeholders from the Grenoble municipality, Grenoble Métropole, the Isère departmental architects council, private architecture firms, and local associations.

The topic of integrating photovoltaics (PV) in protected heritage sites sparked a passionate debate. There’s no doubt that such events—combining technical information, feedback from experience, and sample presentations—help everyone better understand the nuances of the issue, challenge certain misconceptions, and open new perspectives.

A similar event will be organized in the autumn to take things a step further.

Below, you will find the presentations delivered that day. If you have any questions, feel free to contact virginie.renzi@cea.fr.
